Whats Going On Lately With The Poor T-Mobile Internet Service???
For the past week to 10 days (Today is 8-24-22) T-Mobile Internet has been a waste of money….I believe they are messing with the tower configurations in my area...I use to get 100Mbps Download speed and now they are only mustering up a piddly 17-20Mbps. When will you guys get things back to normal??
Up until a week or so ago I use to connect to T-Mobile Tower MCC 310, MNC 260, Region 31695, Tower 894300, Cell 228940863 at MINIMUM and Consistent Speed of 50-75Mbps Download at a 5G Extended Signal Band 71.
NOW I can ONLY connect to T-Mobile Tower MCC 310, MNC 260, Region 31695, Tower 73303, Cell 18765571 at MAXIMUM and NON-Consistent Speed of 17-20Mbps Download at a 4GLTE Signal Band 2.
This goes for ALL MY T-Mobile Devices...Home Internet Gateway AND TWO (2) Cell Phones...Magenta Plan. I signed up for and switch over to T-Mobile about 2 Months ago and now this crud.
What The Heck Are You Guys Doing And Why Taking So Long? Is This Permanent? Let's Get It Fixed! Otherwise I am raising cain with billing and not paying for this stuff...Better Business Bureau also gets T-Mobiles attention for all others seeing this same poor service now.

Your only other option … BBB and escalate.

I've called repeatedly almost to the point of harassment complaining about this horrible service.
They constantly tell me to unplug my modem, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in. Move it to a different location in the house, hit reset then they'll do a service signal check and on and on and on and it'll get hour good hour on no buffering freezing or black screen, then everything goes to s h I t all over again. Day after day the exact same thing.
I can't even talk on the phone in my house. I have to go outside to get service, I missed calls because my house is apparently a dead zone but they constantly tell me that my signal looks to be good on there end.
XFINITY XFINITY XFINITY here I come

But they still take your money on time. No credits no apologies
If you escalate through CS, you 'can' get credit. I know that I have for areas that T-Mobile claims service and has none.

“IF” you have some form of service (even WiFi), use the T-Mobile app and use their online support chat tool to find out what is going on.
