Will Nexx Smart Alarm work with T-Mobile Home Internet?

I'm using an Envisalink to manage and monitor my home alarm system on my mobile phone. I'm considering switching to the Nexx Smart Alarm.  T-Mobile Home Internet has begun blocking ports so the Envisalink does not work. Will the Nexx Smart Alarm work with T-Mobile Home Internet? Nexx uses ports 443 and HTTP ports 80 / 8080.

Also, for future reference, is there anyway to know, in advance, what works and does not work with T-Mobile Home Internet?
