why does t mobile suck
I can be in Chicago, south bend or Indianapolis and have full 5G bars with absolute no service. There is no reason, if I have 3 bars on 5G, why my text messages will not go through. I have been trying for 2 hours to clock back into my Workforce App, with absolutely no luck. Outside, inside, on the balcony, on top of my truck, out in the middle of the road and up at the Clubhouse. All 5G and absolutely no signal. If yall tell me again "turn your phone off".. how about yall stop lying about the service you provide.
Not receiving promised phone credit and denied rebate
I switched to T-mobile back in November 2021 and let me tell you it has been nothing but problems. I was switching four phones over from Sprint. They didn't have the phones in stock but said that they would order and then when they came in I could send the old phones back. Basically, I was supposed to get $2,600 credit on three of the four phones which I am not getting. Then to top it off, I checked my status update for the airpods that the sales person told me that I qualified for but my rebate was denied. I am so over Tmobile and cannot wait until my contract is up. This was the biggest mistake switching over to them. I have tried calling customer service on this numerous times and visiting the store and no one can help me. I have probably spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get this corrected and no luck! So unfair!!!!
