Why is my bill so expensive?
When not logged into T-Mobile's website, it shows that the Essentials plan is $27/mo, which is the exact plan that I have, yet, my bill comes out to over twice that amount. My phone is fully paid off...
The $27 per line rate is when you sign up for 4 lines for a total of $105 per month. On your bill, you only show one line and if that is correct, then your are billing billed just for one line at $60 instead of $105 for 4 lines. Single line prices are:
Essentials - $60
Magenta - $70
Magenta Max - $85
TMobile is geared toward family plan customers. You can see cheaper single line plans on TMobile's Metro service.
