Good signal/bars but no network connection many times daily
Ok here's what is going on... I have pretty good signal almost full 5g bars most of the time down to where it drops to 4g lte at full bars. From time to time every couple hours I lose connection to the network where I can't text no apps work etc but usually I can still make calls just fine while this is happening. It only lasts 1-2 minutes sometimes or it may be out 15-20 then all of the sudden it's back to normal like nothing ever happened. It may go right back out again in 2 minutes or it may not happen for hours. Also it only happens on my new galaxy a32 not on our old galaxy j7 or prime whatever it was or on the older LG phone both of which are still being used on this account and same house at same time but they have no issues with connection ever. They aren't 5g either so I figure 5g has something to do with it. It just really gets old when you can't finish a conversation or get directions because internet/network connection just stopped. What can I do? All my connection settings are set how tmobile and other people have said they should be. I don't have Wi-Fi so I'm set to always use mobile data. What now? Or will I just have to suffer through. It's prob just some tmobile network problem that's with the new 5g. I guess that's what I get buying a new phone. ¿Tienes alguna idea?

Just want to say it is pretty bad that a brand new flagship is being held up by Tmobile. Still on Security Patch for Nov. 1, 2022. Other Guys have gotten their update (a coworker actually got theirs for their Z Fold 3 2 weeks ago.) really wish there was some kind of communication other than "In Development"
is anyone having network issues with galaxy z fold 3??
after i updated my phone to android 12 my service got so dam bad i wish i dint do it my z fold 3 is slow and the service is patchy and im tired of talking to a rep it seems all i get is a reset your phone and that could help this a 1800 phone i might get rid of it and get the galaxy S22 ultra if this phone does not get any better
T-Mobile 5G Connection Issues causing missed Texts, Calls, and Voicemail - NO DATA!
I just don't understand the disconnect or differences in the 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G wireless generations and why 5G seems to be so different. I never had to second guess what my status bar is indicating. I have had "5G" connection issues on Apple, Samsung, and now Google devices. Random errors like "emergency calls only" or no signal whatsoever. Or full 5G UC access - yet I can dial my phone and watch it not ring or indicate a missed call. I can even send a text message or leave a voicemail and neither ever arrive. Thought this issue was limited to Samsung and Apple. Got a Pixel - same issue - so I think it's the Tech itself and/or the tower but not the devices. Had 5G + on my Pixel 6 - placed a call while out and it rang but left voicemail - nothing. Realized the voicemail didn't pop up - tried again - nothing. Then I got a "missed" call. Yet no ring. When asked, the person said it rang but it was a long delay, and it didn't seem like a regular ring. Not sure why this is but when 5G is enabled, at some point your device "disconnects" from the network and you have no idea you have missed any contact attempts. Turn 5G off? Walla! Issues are gone. Smh Did those two voicemails ever pop up? Nope! Still waiting. Imagine if someone called me during this time, left their dying will on my voicemail and I would not have any clue they called me, let alone that they left a message. Meanwhile my phone shows connected and full 5G access. T-Mobile engineers need to speak on this, and they need to stop this 5G push if it isn't even reliable. NEVER had to ponder if my device is connected or not with LTE. NEVER. I guess I will try 5G when 6G comes out ……….T-Mobile app keeps stopping.
This issue with the "T-Mobile app keeps stopping" has been going on for many months. About a month ago, I found out in this forum that t-mobile was aware of the issue & was working on it. It stopped for awhile & started again a few days ago. This is beyond annoying. I have tried everything I could think of - uninstalling the app, updating the app, reinstalling the app, rebooting after doing anything new, etc. At times my phone is almost unusable because the message pops up when I am trying to do something crucial - like making a payment to a medical provider. This can't be that difficult of a fix. T-Mobile - your response to this issue is unacceptable. When are you going to fix this issue permanently. I am tired of my phone being heldhostage to your dismissal of this problem & your refusal to make a permanent fix.
samsung S22 ultra stopped working
Does anyone have an issue with their phones after the October update? Mine will not connect to then network, drops service, does not have service for hours at a time, won't switch from cellular to Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi to cellular without me having to turn, myphone off multiple times. It was working fine until the update. All of my apps are updated and the software is the latest one. Also, my battery drains excessively fast now because it is always searching for service. places I used to have great coverage and service no longer works.

VPN (SonicWall) will not connect over T-mobile 5G Hotspot This vpn works fine with WFI but it will not work with the hotspot using A71 Samsung 5G phone with T-mobile service and extra downloading (paying extra but not using this because it will not connect to VPN) VPN software SonicWall VPN was working a month ago and then the phone did an update and immediately the VPN stopped working VPN hanging at acquiring ip I bought this 5G phone as a hotspot for work and now it does not work at all with VPN. :(
