TMobile scam to give free device
Be careful with very unethical practice by Tmobile to give you free device and they will tell you it is free and will start charging you a service fee. Anyone have the same issues? When I was at the stores they did this to several customers. I should know better. I've been with Tmobile for a long time, after this bad experience, I can't trust Tmobile anymore. Maybe time to switch to a different company or find customers with similar issues and ask a lawyer to sue this company. OK, its been over 10 weeks since the deadline for the TV Promotion. From the posts I've read, no one has recieved their e-mail notification and is getting no help from "customer service". When i can get through to "customer service" (3 hours)they do verify that i have a validapplication for the promotion. T-mobile wants their money from you, on time or earlier, but seems to feel no obligation to fullfil their responsibilities in a timely maner. I have a home business and have used a Pixel 2XL and now a Pixel 4a. I get terrible service. I sometimes cannot make calls, send texts, don't receive texts... Yet people can call me, although sometimes the call is dropped. Overall, my service is totally unreliable. However, my husband has a Samsung phone and has perfect service here. My daughter and my friends visit with their non-Google phones and have reliable service here. I buy my Pixel phones directly from Google for the TMobile network. I have been dealing with the issue for 3 to 4 years since starting with T mobile and every timer I have brought up the issue with tech support, I get a different diagnosis. I was pushed into getting a Samsung phone ( TMobile paid half) but I went back to Pixel because I prefer the Pixel phones. Still, I have to deal with sometimes not being able to communicate! I just got the new SyncUp Kids watch for my son, and I was adding in the different contacts for him to be able to have. I clicked on the little pink + button and it allows me to add in the person. i click in the Name box that is there, and it pulls up a little box at the bottom of the screen for me to choose a contact, so I go through my contact manager in my phone, choose the person, and it fills in their information for me in the boxes there. Then I choose the contact type, which in this case I did Friend, and then clicked the pink Next buttonto the next screen, where I put the name that my child calls this person (in this case it was their grandma), and then I clicked the pink button at the bottom that says Save and Invite. When I click that button, it takes me to my text messages to that person, and auto-fills in an invitation message. In that message it says that I added that person as a Friend contact, and that I've also sent my child's contact info to them so they can call and text them right from their phone. However, when I checked with his Grandma, she didn't have the information in her phone. He didn't go into her contacts. The message also didn't have the information included in it, nor was there a link for her to click on in order to get the information into her phone. We put it in manually in her phone. So, my question is, is this a bug, or is it meant to work this way? Why would the invitation message say that "I've sent [my child's] contact info so you can call and text them right from y our phone", if it indeed doesn't work like this. And if it does work like this, then I wanted you folks to know so that your I.T department can get right on it to see if they can fix it. Anyhow, could someone tell me how it's "supposed" to work so I can figure this out and get it all set up and ready to go for my son please? So, at this point, I'm quite set on getting the Xperia 1 iii. I'm a T-mobile subscriber, and I've been getting conflicting information on whether this phone supports VOLTE and internet calling. I'm aware that the phone supports sub-6 5G and band 71, which is fantastic. Also, it appears that Focus Camera, B&H, or Adorama are the three most viable alternatives for me to purchase. (Best Buy has been out of stock for a long time, and based on my experience with them, they may never restock). I was curious if anyone had any experience with the three websites mentioned. I'm a premium customer, and I've travelled through a region where there is no AT&T service, which is where cricket Mobile is. When I went to work this morning, I uploaded it. I can tell which towers I've visited on the maps because the last one I saw was today rather than another nearby, but there is no signal trace on the roads where I travelled. Is this a flaw? Or is my upload still being processed by the site? Also, on the Cell mapper site, I'm showing up on AT&T towers for the 4G signal, but no HSPA or HSPA+. On the map, there are no towers in this region, however there is where I have service. What's the best way for me to see who I'm linked to? I have been dealing with this ordeal for 3 months. I certainly believe is a scam from Assurant. I filed a claim back in March for a device that broke, immediately after i returned my device. End of March received a message from assurant to send the device, called them they said that they received the device it wasnt scanned. Received a second message on April, called them same thing device was received not scanned , not to worry because they had it. At the end on May $579 charged on my account. I called them back again the device not scanned. I called them back yesterday to verify the status of my refund and now they say that they receive an empty package. i have tracking number and details from USPS where they handed the package to an individual at their location in York Pennsylvania. The internet is full of similar complaints. These insurance companies are scamming consumers. They charged you a monthly fee, they charged you a deductible and then they charge you more than the device is worth for a broken device. A device that was returned to the and they stated 3 previous times that they had on the warehouse but not scammed. T-Mobile should stop using this company. They are fraudster's. I will continue to complaint with FCC, Insurance Regulation and open a small claim suit. What you are all doing to the consumers is not legal. Wife and I have (2020) Moto G's on Magenta 55+. Bought wife the latest (2023) Moto G for Christmas, swapped SIM and it is working fine.
