The manager was likely misinformed. The T-Mobile C2 documentation clearly states that no line cancellations within the past 90 days are required to be eligible for the BOGO lines.

They don't care to elaborate any of this, they just want to add new lines as soon as possible, and maybe get their commissions, I don't know if they are getting any but they must be bcz of the way they push us to add lines by misquoting and misleading us.
