any one else not receiving texts randomly
I am missing texts from random people (at&t. Tmobile, Verizon etc). The most recent is from an At&T android phone. I'll get texts and then randomly I won't get one text but then I'll get another 20m ...
As of September 28, 2023 I cannot receive emails-to-text or text -to-email via tmomail.net. All emails sent from tmomail.net have to message attched. Seems to be a change that T-Mobile made recently. Trying to get an answer from T-mobile support.
This is happening to us right now, I purchased my son a new phone, and from day #1 he can't send or receive text messages from certain people. I've been to the store to where other customers were there complaining the same problem. They are blaming the other carriers. So it appears if you are not a Tmobile customer you can't send or receive text. They are not taking responsibility on their end. We've put in new Sim Card, got a new phone nothing is working. I'm not paying for a phone if I can't use it the way it's intended. I have read everything but has there been any solutions to fixing it? Gracias
