Full bars/coverage then no service

I have a Galaxy S22 Plus and for the last couple of months, my phone will have full 5G service but when I go to make a call, use an app or send a text message my phone will flip to no service and tell me I am not connected to the network. I can be outside, indoors, in high coverage areas and no matter what I have been struggling to use my phone. Friends/family cannot get ahold of me often because of this. The only time the phone will work consistently is if I am on wifi, this is terrible service and I am contemplating switching carriers because of this.

    I've been having the same issue but with the iPhone 14 plus. I've called numerous times and have took in my device in to a branch and there's literally nothing that they can do to fix my device but keep charging me 200 bucks a month for  service.

    Im having a similar issue im attempting to call for customer service but it says 30 min wait, Its been days for us like this in the Twin Cities...I will pry go switch to Verizon as I can’t get help and Im not paying for a service that doesn't work

  • you can contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..this will start you with tier 2support over the call in tier 1 support agents. have them put in a network ticket for you.

     

     

    side question though. do you regain normal signal once you leave that area by say 5+ miles in any direction? or does the signal stay unworkable no matter where you go?
