you can contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..this will start you with tier 2support over the call in tier 1 support agents. have them put in a network ticket for you.
side question though. do you regain normal signal once you leave that area by say 5+ miles in any direction? or does the signal stay unworkable no matter where you go?
