One of your sales woman broke my trust.

Hola,

I recently visited one of your stores (86th Street Upper East side) to upgrade my phone and had several questions about upgrading my Pixel 7 to a Pixel 9. One of your sales representatives informed me that I didn't need to use my Jump program, implying that it was a waste of money. She assured me that I could purchase the new phone for $149 and receive $500 in trade-in credit for my Pixel 7.

However, upon further review, I see that the trade-in value for my Pixel 7 is only $110, which means I'm actually losing money on this deal. This feels unfair, as I trusted her guidance, and now it seems she misled me to make a sale.Given this situation, I need to cancel my order (Order number: S149396576).

I see that it hasn't been processed yet, so please proceed with the cancellation.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Best regards,

You will get the $110 upfront and the difference in bill credits over 24 months.  You won't see everything until a billing cycle or two.  It's been this way for a long while now.

T-Mobile is rumored to change how this work because of responses like this as most don't understand how the promotions work.  Now on the next billing cycle for 24 months you'll now just get the full credit vs $110 initial and the rest over 24 months to make it easier to read.
