Synch-up airplane mode not helpful!!
I use this watch to be able to track my son's location when he's outside playing, on school field trips, etc. Airplane mode was just enabled on his watch. THISIS NOT A HELPFUL TRACKING DEVICE IF I CANNOT DISABLE AIRPLANE MODE FROM MYAPP. God forbid something bad happened and a person took his watch and put it on airplane mode, I can no longer contact him, or him contact me, or even track his location. I feel that Airplane Modeshould besomething that isa.) controlled by the app, or b.) removed from the watch completely. The sole purpose of this thing for me is tracking. Suggestions???
Unable to add husband as Guardian on T-Life app for syncUP KIDS watch
My Wife sends me an invite via the T-Life app. Iclickon the invite and it goes to the home page. When Iclickon connect it goes through creating a childs profile which I do, but then it wants me topair the watch, which has already been done on my wifes account (admin) so we can't get any further. Hi, I'm setting up a syncup watch for my child and put in my contact info in the t-life app as the administrator. I want to change my profile photo, but every time I try I get "Something went wrong. Please try again." error message. I'm doing this in the manage watch contacts setting. Is there somewhere else I can do this or a different setting? I also get the same error message if I only try to change avatars. I tried deleting the watch, deleting the app and reinstalling, but the same original avatar showed up and I can't change it.
Sync up contacts in t-life?
Once again, we get a message from the legacy Sync Up app that it will be retired (today actually) and that we should administer the watch through t-life. However, one of the essential functions is to manage the contact list of people that can call/text the watch wearer. How the heck do I manage the sync up watch contact list inside of t-life? On a Note 9 and the T-Life app crashes when I try to change the phone number of a contact for the SYncUp Watch. If you type in too many numbers, it crashes with the below stack trace. My child's watch charges perfectly fine some nights, other nights it dies while on the charger all night. Wake up and battery is at 5% or something ridiculous. Super annoying. Defeats the whole purpose of having it when it is unusable. If you reset the watch while leaving it on the charging cradle it will begin to charge just fine after the reset. Just a quirk that really stinks when you don't catch it. Anybody else experience this intermittent charging issue. It seems to be pretty regular lately.
