My number has been cancelled
I'm out of US andhaven't use my phone number, recently got anemail my numberis no longer myprimary number. Yesterday I got a new email told me I must make a payment to refill my t-mobile account. But I can't login to my account right now since my account number is cancelled. And I try use my email account to log in, the page saysneed link my phone number, so I still can't log in. Can I get my phone number back? And how can I refill my account now?
Primary number cancelled by T-Mobile
Primary phone number (prepaid) got cancelled by T-Mobile. No reason given. It still has fund, as far as I know, but since it is removed, there is no way I can check. Definitely not authorized by me, but unable to call T-Mobile since not in US at the moment. Can someone from T-Mobile help me out here ? At least let me know why it got cancelled. Gracias.
service cancelled can't get thru for help
I received notification taht my number has been cancelled, hjave no idea why. Now I cannot log on because the number is not recognized. I have quite a bit of cash on the prepaid card. the phone numbers listed on website and app do not work from Europe. There is No way to contact TCom otherwise … OR??? Anyone can help me?
