why does t mobile suck

  1. I can be in Chicago, south bend or Indianapolis and have full 5G bars with absolute no service.

  2. There is no reason, if I have 3 bars on 5G, why my text messages will not go through.

  3. I have been trying for 2 hours to clock back into my Workforce App, with absolutely no luck. Outside, inside, on the balcony, on top of my truck, out in the middle of the road and up at the Clubhouse. All 5G and absolutely no signal.
  4. If yall tell me again “turn your phone off”.. how about yall stop lying about the service you provide.

  • Up until recently I've been having strange issues with voice intermittently not working. I have a SIM unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy S24 phone. I'm using a T-Mobile eSIM. The issue I'm having is my phone would be on 5G Standalone (UC). Someone would call me and the call would go straight to voicemail. If they called me enough my phone would finally drop to LTE and the call would come through. Just by chance I toggles the eSIM off and back on. After that in the Mobile Networks settings menu the option for Voice over NR showed up. I also started getting 5G carrier aggregation after turning the eSIM off and on. Strangely powering the phone off and on didn't do any of this.

The Customer UnCare Department and the Sales Department has the worst customer service. One rep tells you one thing and says they will follow back up with you and they don't. Then the next person you talk to tells you know to trust them, and they will take care of it and follow back up which they don't. Just the biggest waste of time and I am regretting on moving over to them. Big warned about changing to T-Mobile, go somewhere else

Typically i get those issues when TMobile has me on roaming on At&t

  • I've consistently been experiencing poor service with T-Mobile on Sacramento, CA and in Tucson, AZ. Both these areas have excellent access to towers but it doesn't matter because I still get messages 14 hrs after they were sent to me. I had an important business call scheduled for 8:00 am this morning. There is no record of incoming calls on my call log yet they left a v/m at 8:09 am. Wth, it's just completely unacceptable for the country's largest carrier to provide crummy service especially since they've bought the majority of their competition. Really thinking Verizon may not be so bad after all.

Before I moved to Arizona I lived in Illinois south of Chicago without any major issues, had to go to Indy and the South Bend  area occasionally for work with no problems except around the Goshen area was spotty at times.

TBH, I had no issues with T-Mobile in Chicago, and up through West Bend WI, Green Bay up to the Michigan border.  UP of Michigan (outside of I-75) is horrible though.
