I get the dreaded "Your account type is not supported on Samsung.com. Please see the non-supported account types listed on the page." I have a normal Magenta account that is not, government, employee, prepaid, past due, or any of the other possibilities mentioned by the error. I have also had this exact same account setup for years and years and have no problems doing this same upgrade in the past. I have been going round and round with T-Mobile and Samsung support and both say it's the other's issue and are unable to provide any assistance. It's extremely frustrating. I've been such a loyal supporter of Tmobile for so many years it would be nice if they could provide even bare minimums of ethical and helpful support. Anyone figure out a solution?301Visto2likes13ComentariosSamsung S24 Pre-order Issues with Samsung
I am attemptingto take advantage of the pre-order special for the Samsung Galaxy S24Ultra directly from Samsung.com because their offer is better than T-Mobile. Samsung.com is offering the same trade-in credit as T-Mobile but additional credits towards aSamsung Galaxy 6 Classicwatch and Coverage. So purchasing directly with Samsung.com is the far more lucrative route to go; however, despite the fact that I have a normal T-Mobile Go5g Plus plan, the Samsung website still keeps rejecting my attempts to complete purchase with the followingerror message: "Your account type is not supported on Samsung.com. Please see the non supported account types listed on the page." To reiterate, my account is not any one of the exempt types listed on that page and all of the rest of our phones utilize carrier finance without issue. Can someone please assist in trying to resolve this issue? ¡Gracias!2.1KViews3likes19ComentariosSamsung S24 trade in
We bought 3 x Samsung S24 phones (2x plus, 1x ultra). I'm trying to get organized for the trade in. First, I could not find the trade in information or the labels anywhere. Now on 1/21 I got the 3 items below under my "my order history" tab on the website. Clicking these allows me to print off the trade in labels. But how can I figure out WHICH labels go with WHICH phones I'm trading in? The app doesn't work at all, in the app clicking "print trade in label" just doesn't work at all. In the past, I remember being able to clearly pick a line and print out trade-in instructions along with a shipping label.240Visto0likes1ComentarioSIM Moved Prematurely to S23 Pre-Order
After a debacle pre-ordering the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at its rollout last week (see thread "Samsung S23 Pre-Order Problem Through Samsung"), now a new problem--my SIM was moved from my current phone to the new one, even though it won't arrive for 10 more days. Discovered only when I couldn't get text messages to go and finally received a notice I had no network connection. A knowledgeable T-Mobile agent (5 stars to her!) agreed my hypothesis is likely because of the timing--that it was part of the nightmarish S23 ordering process. But she cautioned me to watch my accounts because there's been a problem with hijacked SIMs to gain banking and other information. Has anyone else experienced this?223Visto0likes1ComentarioJump S23 Pre Order
Gave up on trying to do the pre order on Samsung's website and moved to T Mobile site to still get the storage upgrade for free during the pre order for S23. All my lines are eligible for an upgrade through Jump. I already pay for Protection 360 on all my devices. When I go through and opt to stay on Jump, it get to a partial screen that looks like it's going to ask for the trade in device condition but then I get a message pop up that says "ServerErrorWe're sorry, our systems are currently unavailable. Please try back later." I click the "go to previous page" button and it takes me to the "Your new phone requires higher level of protection. Let's keep it protected." page and states my old plan is Protection 360 at $18 per month and the new plan is Protection 360 at $18 per month with the only option being "yes, protect my plan". I click that button and then do an endless loop with the server error screen. It has been consistently happening the past 4 days. No matter how many times I go back later, I get stalled on the same screen. Does anyone know what is happening?90Visto0likes0ComentariosOfficial Pre-Order Thread: Samsung Z Flip3 5G and Z Fold3 5G!
